Pre-Approval / Pre-Qualify Services - If you would like to make an offer on a property, you will need a Lender Pre-Approval Letter which states that we have reviewed your credit and finances and have found a lender who will approve financing for a loan for a specified amount, providing that the information they were given is correct. - Go ahead and enter an OnLine Loan Application and send us a request a Lender Pre-Approval Letter since most offers will not be acceped without it. Use our Send A Message button or Email to jeannie@onlinehomeservices.com stating that you would like a Lender Pre-Approval Letter. - You can obtain the Lender Pre-Approval Letter very quickly if we already have your information in your OnLine Application. Otherwise, you can just call us and we can get the necessary information we need over the telephone. Press the OnLine Loan Application button and select Apply For Loan. - You are under no obligated to go with the the lender who has granted approval. - Although the lender will require you to provide a property address and sales price, it does not have to the specified property. It just needs to be at or below the same sales price. - A Loan Pre-Qualify is different in that we pre-qualify you for the sales price amount but have not obtained a pre-approval from an actual lender.
